Health, safety and environmental performance is a line-management responsibility and a core value, equal in priority to production, cost and schedule.
02 Our Principles
- Zero harm: all incidents are preventable, and our goal is zero injuries and zero lost-time incidents.
- Stop-work authority: anyone, at any level, can and must stop a job they consider unsafe, without fear of reprisal.
- Compliance: we meet or exceed applicable laws, regulations and client requirements in every country where we work.
- Continuous improvement: we learn from incidents, near misses and audits, and share those lessons across all our operations.
03 Environmental Stewardship
We work to minimize our environmental footprint by preventing spills and leaks, managing waste responsibly, and reducing emissions and flaring wherever technically feasible.
04 People & Competence
We only assign personnel who are trained, competent and fit for the task. Induction, field training and regular drills are mandatory for employees and contractors alike.
05 Accountability
Management provides the resources, training and leadership needed to deliver on this charter and reviews HSE performance regularly. Every employee and contractor is responsible for following it.
